So lovely and asked me what my priority areas were so everything I really wanted doing was done to the highest standard. Also loved the smell of my floors and was so friendly towards my cats! Will be booking again.

We were very impressed with Alina’s cleaning! She was fast but thorough. She didn’t waste any time chatting or having a break and stayed focused on the job. She stuck to the recommended products and the house smelt very fresh. She is a delightful person and our kitten also took a liking to her. We will certainly be using her again.

The cleaner was booked to clean the kitchen, bathroom and WC. The cleaner cleaned the kitchen floor and microwave. None of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned. The worktops and backsplash was not touched. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. A lot of stains remains. None of the cleaning job was to a good standard. Would have done a better job cleaning myself. Would definitely not use again.
