I am deeply dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided at my home. The service quality was far below the expected standard. The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late, citing the lack of a driveway as the reason—an unacceptable and unprofessional excuse. Your team should be prepared to handle different property types without compromising punctuality or service quality. More concerning was the poor cleaning. Due to the tardiness, I had to leave the cleaner unsupervised for an hour, expecting thorough work. Unfortunately, this was not the case: 1. Unmopped Floors: The floors, including high-traffic areas, were left unmopped, with visible dirt and grime. 2. Dirty Carpets: The carpets were not properly cleaned, with dirt that could have easily been removed still present. 3. Neglected Surfaces: Several surfaces, including the bathroom sink and shelves, were left dusty and dirty. 4. Ignored Corners and Edges: Corners and edges, particularly in the hallway and bathroom, were neglected, with visible dirt accumulation. 5. General Lack of Attention to Detail: Numerous areas, including mats, surfaces, and the bathroom, were left untidy, showing a clear lack of care. When I left, the cleaner had completed the living room and kitchen (excluding vacuuming and the office corner) and started in the bathroom. The bedroom was untouched, as she claimed more time was needed, which is unreasonable given the small size of the flat. The remaining hour resulted in minimal work in the bathroom and poorly done vacuuming in the hallway, where dirt was still visible. Given these issues, Im request a refund as the service did not meet professional standards..
