Cleaning: deep cleaning

Awful. I hired a deep clean for my Mum, after she had been in hospital for 4 weeks. The cleaner turned up, my Mum pointed out particular areas she wanted cleaning including very basic everyday marks such as coffee stains and skirting boards, she asked for areas to be dusted, all of which should be considered standard, not even a deep clean. None of the tasks were completed. To give you an idea of how bad this experience was, my Mum’s place was not even hoovered. This is my THIRD negative experience on WeCasa and will not be using them again.
