There was absolutely no initiative—everything had to be done only when I explicitly said so, yet even then, it wasn’t done properly. The work was careless and lacked attention to detail. If that’s the case, why even do this job? My desk still has stains—so in your opinion, wiping a table just means going through the motions? Just a quick swipe, and that counts as cleaning? The floor is still dirty, with water stains, smudges, nails, and hair just pushed into the corners. I honestly find this laughable—it’s beyond frustrating. I don’t even understand why I paid for this service. Everything they did, I could have done myself, and instead of saving me time, they completely wasted my time and energy. I am absolutely, extremely furious. This was an absolutely terrible experience. My clothes were thrown onto the floor, and then the dirty clothes that fell were placed back on my bed. I don’t have OCD, but this is driving me to the edge. I booked a **two-hour cleaning**, and they **rushed through one hour and told me they were done**? This is completely unacceptable. My room isn’t even that big, yet I was willing to pay for a full two-hour service to ensure a **thorough cleaning**. I was **willing to pay extra for proper service**, and what did I get? **Absolutely nothing**—except for the **pure frustration that is driving me insane.**
