Given that the flat is unfurnished and the job was quite basic, 2.5 hours should have been more than enough time to complete it to a high standard. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The cleaning was so poor that it hardly looked like anything had been done, particularly in both bathrooms, which appeared untouched. Additionally, the floors were not cleaned properly, if at all. Given the time allocated, I expected a far more thorough job.
