Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning

I booked a 2.5h one off deep clean session and the website was recommending this for a 1-bedroom apartment hence why I went for it. I thought it was nice that I got a checklist which I shared with my professional. I explained my priorities and reiterated that upon arrival. I cannot believe that my entire session was spent in the bathroom only. I could have booked a 1 to 1.5 h for the same outcome. The bathroom was obviously very clean, but still. The professional knew he had hovering to do in the bedroom at least and they did not do it. I am quite disappointed to be honest and I am not sure I would want the same cleaner to come again.

I recently had a deep clean done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m very particular when it comes to cleaning and have been disappointed in the past, but this experience exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and care that went into every part of the clean was exceptional. He was also very considerate of my needs—working around me while I was busy working, managing our pet kindly, and even navigating around us packing for a holiday. The house was spotless after 6 hours, and I was truly impressed. I would love to have him back again!
