Abiola was incredible. She was highly professional and friendly, and she cleaned our apartment so thoroughly that it now looks even better than when we moved it. Would recommend 100%.

The pro said at the start of the session that 3h is not enough, even though that is the time that was recommended on the wecasa website for the size of the flat, and they could not tell me how long they think it would take. They spent all that time just cleaning the kitchen, and it is a tiny kitchen. I then extended with an hour, which they again couldn’t confirm was enough. They then just got to the bathroom and I had to finish drying that. After 4h they just packed and left. What they cleaned was good, but I feel they were incredibly slow and should not have accepted this job if they couldn’t complete it in the booked time. I paid for 4h in the end and had to clean, two bedrooms, a living room and hallway myself.
