I recently had Ana as my cleaner for an end-of-tenancy service. She was very nice, professional, and tried her best to complete the task. However, it seems the app didn’t direct her to the correct details for the specific service I requested. I chose the end-of-tenancy cleaning category, but unfortunately, Ana wasn’t prepared with the right products and materials, despite my payment for cleaning supplies. It’s important for Wecasa to ensure that the cleaners are fully prepared when an end-of-tenancy cleaning is requested, as this category requires specific tools and cleaning products to meet the expected standards. While Ana did her best, the lack of preparation meant that the flat wasn’t cleaned to the level expected for this type of service. I hope this feedback helps improve the process moving forward.
