She was very polite and kind, which we truly appreciated. However, she arrived an hour late and didn’t complete the cleaning as thoroughly as we had hoped, especially considering that we only needed one small room cleaned, without a kitchen. We believe she has great potential, but attention to detail and punctuality could use improvement.
