Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

We thought Crystal was so lovely and felt very comfortable with her in our home. She cleaned well, and our apartment looks lovely! However, there were a few things that were missed. Some areas, like window ledges, were only partially cleaned, leaving visible marks. In the bedrooms, most surfaces—including desks and glass tables—were untouched, apart from the odd bedside cabinet. One bathroom was cleaned very well, but the other still had toothpaste in the sink and an empty toilet roll left behind. The carpets and floors were hoovered well overall, except for one bedroom, which didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Skirting boards seemed to be done, but stains on the floor remained. Mirrors were only cleaned in the bathrooms. Additionally, while the booking was for four hours, Crystal arrived early at 2:45 PM and left 30 minutes before the scheduled end time at 6:15 PM. Given the time available and the fact that the flat was already very tidy—which she herself acknowledged—we were disappointed that so many small but noticeable areas were missed. Overall, we are happy with Crystal’s personality and how comfortable she made us feel, but we would have expected a more thorough clean for the time booked. Based on this, we would rate the service 2/5 and would like to request a refund.
