We paid for 2.5 hours of regular cleaning for our 2-bedroom flat, but the service was extremely disappointing. The cleaner only hoovered one bedroom without actually cleaning it, and didn’t touch the second bedroom at all. She only managed to clean 2 bathrooms and mop one floor before running out of time and leaving. The kitchen and living room were also left completely untouched. She claimed she spent all the time on the bathrooms, calling them ‘very dirty’, but they were in normal condition. Two weeks ago, a different cleaner managed to deep clean the entire flat in 3 hours, so this shows poor time management and little effort from this cleaner. Very disappointing.
