Irina was fantastic in deep cleaning the entire house top to bottom. She was very friendly and worked incredibly hard throughout the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Cleaning: end of tenancy cleaning, cleaning products

Irina was lovely and punctual for the session. However, truth be told, the outcome was not up to the typical standard you will expect from an end of tenancy cleaning service. There were numerous missing cleaning equipments during the session (e.g. hoover, mop, stool (for reaching elevated places)) and there were spots in the flat that were not clean thoroughly/at all (i.e. wardrobe, interior of oven/microwave, fridge, below sink cabinet), despite booking a 3 hours session for a flat that is below 40sqm. Although Irina was nice and friendly, I would not recommend Irina, or perhaps the service at Wecasa for any end of tenancy cleaning.

Irene is FANTASTIC! Only I want to continue using her,so don’t go crazy! She’s thorough and organised and she was very kind to my very ill husband. I love her.
