Dear Sir/Madam, I am very disappointed with the cleaner for the following reasons: 1. She was late. 2. The moment she stepped in, she wanted to reduce hours and argued that I don’t need all that time I booked. 3. She only wanted to do light cleaning. When I checked her work and told her where there is bit of improvement to make I things look well cleaned. She got offended and started saying to me that if you are not happy I will leave. I told her I need her to finish as per booked hours. 4. Arguments every hour that she wants to leave. I told her i need to clean more. She kept referring to sheet that she do not have to do. I asked to tidy up one cub board but she refused. I cleaned after her every thing. 5. Very rude, not professional. I gave her 15 towels and used them all and asked for more. When I told her I don’t have more, she was upset and not happy. I asked her to clean properly a desk, she only firstly clean with a dry cloth . I had yo tell her how and what yo use to clean properly. 6. She was less than 7 hours of work and asked that there is no option for 6:30 hours . 7. She gave me a headache I would not recommend at all. Wecasa I know you always have amazing professional cleaners however this is not one. I have visitors tomorrow so I will have to re do a cleaning touch up all night tonight. Very annoying. Please can i request a full complaint and a compensation. Looking forward for your reply.
