Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning

Our cleaner came on time (not early or late which is a big win.) He was very polite and friendly. He did a thorough job on our bathroom but ended up spending way too much time in there (2hours!) We had booked 3 hours for the main space (a large square), our small bathroom and hoovering 3 small bedrooms. I gave instructions not to dust but to hoover everywhere but it was also ignored which I felt was a bit hard not to be disappointed at. I think WeCasa needs to train their cleaners more thoroughly, especially in time management. Also, to not mop or render a floor wet before brooming or vacuuming it. It's not the first time this has happened and I don't see the logic.
