She took 10 minutes to start the clean. The quality of the clean was not good. The floors were not done properly.

Horrible cleaning for 3.30 hrs, didn't do a deep clean as paid for, only surface cleaned, and to top it all off, she literally moped around a chair instead of moving it... could have done a better job myself in less time. Didn't notice until she was gone since I was actually cleaning the shed and was preoccupied with that.

This is the second time that I had cleaning from Rachele. I was very satisfied the first time so I booked with her again. I booked deep cleaning and the quality was worse than last time. She forgot or didn’t finish some of the cleaning I asked, and I am not fully satisfied with what was completed
