Dusting not done properly in most of the rooms. Very slow. Very poor quality of cleaning.

Syed was very friendly and polite, but he was also VERY late (45mins). As a testament to him, he did call a little before the appointment to say he would be late but underestimated the time. His punctuality meant that a 2hr30mins session only lasted 1hr30mins, half due to my husband and I needing to go out (we had factored this into the appointment time and we had informed him of it earlier) and half due to him not wanting to pay for car parking. Syed’s cleaning service was okay but not satisfactory, and we are now enquiring with another cleaning company to finish the work properly. Our main concern was the oven (indicated to Syed), which was left greasy and still stained. Syed has many excellent reviews, so perhaps this was a bad day.
