Henrique was very polite and professional, I had requested a restyle, I showed him photos of the back in the side of the shape of her style part I wanted. It was very clear he had been a hairdresser for a long time. Conversation flowed well. I also appreciated how respectful of me and my home. This was my first use of this app and my first home cut.
