First of all, how would you describe yourself?
I am a rather optimistic, creative and determined person.

I like the idea of creating a little bubble that will make you forget the worries that you had the rest of the week.
Seeking (like in a treasure hunt) for signs of tension and dissolving them is extremely satisfying for me!
What do you like to do in your free time?
My little joys in life are a drink on the terrace with my friends, a walk in the forest or by the ocean …
What if you have a little more time in front of you?
I like tinkering, picking flowers and making oily macerates, retyping old objects, hunting in garage sales …
I also like to travel and discover new cultures. I obviously had a preference for Asia being particularly interested in ancestral medicines ( Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine in particular) and I like to take the time during my travels to train myself in new massage techniques.
I am also passionate about aromatherapy and herbalism.
In short in general everything related to ancestral methods of care!
