This was my first time using this app, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I was paired with Lenka as my hairdresser, and she did an incredible job! Throughout the session, she explained every step, including the pros and cons, which made me feel informed and comfortable. She was so gentle with my hair, calm, and reassuring, always checking in with me and asking for my input. Lenka was also such a lovely person to talk to, which made the experience even better.
