Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

Fantastic cleaning - Abdul was professional, punctual, worked swiftly. He got used to the house and what was needed very quickly, and even had some extra time to cover more areas. He was thorough and efficient, and I really liked that he was able to give great recommendations for cleaning products when asked too. Very pleased and I have no doubt Abdul has a successful cleaning career ahead of him.

Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

Abdul was really nice and polite, but the quality of the cleaning / hoovering wasn’t up to ‘deep clean’ standard. It was a decent clean, but I paid the rate for a deep clean, a spring clean. I have videos of the property where there is still debris and hair clips etc on the floor this means there wasn’t adequate hoovering or mopping. I asked for the skirting boards to be cleaned and they arent unfortunately. But everything else was to a decent standard but I expected more for £26ph

Sweet young man. Punctual and a strong desire to do well. With some more experience and clear directive, he will grow quickly in his new role. Took feedback nicely and offered to come back to finish it off to our expectations.
