I booked this clean as my dad was arriving home from hospital. She arrived an hour late and only cleaned the windows (left marks) and some of the skirten boards down stairs. Wiped down the TV stand and did not even hoover or properly wash the floors. She didn't even go up the stairs. I booked a deep clean. Very dissatisfied
