I was hoping to be able to give a good review seeing the previous reviews for this lady so I will only leave facts about the session. 4.5 hr session for 3-bed home booked. 1. She chose the time of 9:30 today, changed it to 8:30 and arrived at 9:15 2. Cleaning was diabolical especially in the bathrooms, it doesn’t not appear that she cleaned the shower cubicles at all and the floor of the upstairs bathroom was wet but not cleaned, visible stains and watermarks remained on the basin and on the shower control and in the shower and shower heads (videos and photos available) 3. There was no dusting done (again, photos and videos available) 4. I paid extra for cleaning products but she still used my items 5. The mirrors were left with massive streaks despite the fact that she used the same items I use to clean the mirrors (again, photos and videos available) 6. The downstairs and kitchen floors were very well cleaned 7. She also did very well with hoovering the carpets I had to re-clean the kitchen and my husband had to wash the upstairs shower cubicle despite the fact he’d just arrived from a night shift but he could see that I was visibly upset. I certainly will not recommend her based off of this one time service from her. I have had experience with other cleaners who have done an excellent job but unavailable at present so I know exactly what should’ve been done. However, I must say that this could be one-off as her other reviews have been really good. Overall, just appears that she unfortunately did a lazy job in my home.
