Jenine is fantastic! She cleans my house fortnightly and is always professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the time needed to get the job done. She plans each session to focus on where her efforts are most needed, making a real difference. On top of that, she’s a lovely person—my dog, who is usually nervous around new people, warmed to her immediately, and he’s a great judge of character! Highly recommend. 5 stars!

I paid £60 for three hours of cleaning, and I am beyond disappointed. For that price, I expected a proper clean, but there was still dust everywhere—especially on the skirting boards. It’s clear she didn’t move anything to clean underneath or around it, which is frankly shocking for the amount we paid. To make matters worse, she managed to stain our brand-new sheets with bleach in four different places and broke our butter dish. The mirrors were streaked, and the overall attention to detail was completely lacking. I honestly don’t know how she spent three hours, but it certainly didn’t result in a clean home. For £60, I expected far better, and I won’t be booking her again
