Women's Haircut: deep conditioning treatment, root colouring, women's hair wash

Fen did a wonderful job with my hair. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable with very good skills. She went above and beyond my expectations and consulted me about exactly what I wanted. I'm delighted with my new hair and thoroughly recommend her. She also gave me a complimentary blow dry and we had lots of interesting chats about various things. She was with me for 2. 1/2 hours so it was really worth the money.

Kibra did a brilliant cut and colour for me, but there was a problem with appointment times changing with little ( or no ) notice. My appointment had been confirmed as 2pm on Friday 7th February, but I received a text at 1.40pm on 7th to say it had been changed to 3.30pm on Saturday 8th February. Kibra arrived to do my hair at 2.30pm this afternoon, (8th) and luckily I was at home!
