I booked a waxing session for my wife, and I'm writing to share her review and complaint on her behalf. "Initially, I was pleased with the session and even gave a generous tip to the therapist because she was nice and just knows how to talk professional (but her skills are empty). However, I should have checked the outcome before doing so. Firstly, she forgot to wax my underarms, which was part of the booking. I agreed I would shave this time. However, after leaving a positive review (yes, I am too nice), I noticed the next morning that there were patches on my buttocks and legs that hadn't been waxed at all. Additionally, the wax roller she used was cold and not warm enough, which caused my hair to be pulled out painfully when she was rolling the wax onto my skin. With the hot wax for intim area the other hand, the wax was too hot. Despite, telling her about the discomfort, she continued using very hot wax, which was literally burnt me but I kept quiet in that vulnerable position. She claimed to have opened a new wax to cool it down slightly, but it was still too hot. I request a full refund and do not want this therapist to be assigned to me again."
