The lady was very unprofessional. She was nearly 15 minutes late and refused to cut the style of my choice. Rushed through the process and finished the haircut in less than 10 mins saying she has another appointment. I informed hr I need .ore layers and thus I applied for a restyle rather than normal haircut. She kept first saying the front of the hair we will sort last but as soon s she finished the back she started packing. I said I need feathers on my front hair since its thinning. She said I can't sort your thinning and I don't have time to go through different styles etc and she left shouting. I said atleast to finish off what she did. Normally hairdressers take tome to ut hair. After first cut they ask and make adjustments but none of these steps were followed and she seems to be in a hurry and was delayed to start with. She left in a hurry slamming my door so hard that it cracked my glass at two places. I have put in an official complaint and I am not willing to pay for such service and needs compensation to fix my glass. Even neighbours came out asking what was that big noise. Did something break? I have sent the proof of broken glass and the late arrival proof to the Company.
