Having moved out of the area from my previous cleaner, I was nervous to get a new one, but I had nothing to worry about. Ornella was an absolute dream, she took onboard all my preferences and incorporated them into a thorough job. She is very respectful and considerate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
