My hairdresser appointment was a last minute booking, literally two hours before arrival. Olivia even came a few minutes early, and was absolutely brilliant. Delightful to converse with, deferential, very polite, keen to make the experience and outcome as pleasing as possible. Very professional. I will certainly use the service again.
